Marcy Abbott Casement

Marcy has over 30 years’ experience in the maritime, oil and gas, and high-tech sectors. She specializes in safety, emergency management, and environmental
sustainability, translating complex maritime and environmental challenges into clear, actionable strategies. Marcy has contributed to U.S. government studies on transportation and disaster response and co-authored industry best practice guides in security and emergency management. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s from UC Berkeley, and volunteers with Cityteam Oakland. Marcy lives in the Sierra foothills of California with her husband.
